I really hope that he had to spend the night in the tank, or better yet, head to county for the night. The only reason is because it would be great seeing this guy stumbling out of the department/facility with a killer hangover and sleep deprivation in that costume. 

I think we know which way he hangs.

Last Halloween my friend dressed up as a convict in an orange jumpsuit, complete with blackface. He got arrested that night for holding a house party and all the cops were laughing their asses off.

I can see a lot of people getting pissy over this, since it's easily conveyed as stereotypical racism. However, my group of friends has a couple white dudes, a black guy, a Puerto Rican, a couple Asians, a couple Mexicans, and... something we're not sure about. I can totally see us all going as one of the other's stereotypes for a costume party. In fact, it sounds like a great idea! /jots this down

I was just reading in my school's paper about an incident last weekend where four white guys put on blackface and dressed up as the Jamaican bobsled team from Cool Runnings for a street party and the guy running the event chose them to win the costume contest. They caught hell from all kinds of black groups. I thought that one was kind of bullshit, as the Jamaican guys in the movie were, in fact, black, and it was an accurate portrayal.

The convict thing, on the other hand, seems a tad in bad taste, but, hey, fuck political correctness, right?
