Apparently, the neighbor lady was peeking through the privacy fence at my weiner and got 'offended.'

I invitied the cop in my house, and surprisingly he accepted. After explaining that I am used to doing whatever the fuck I wanted to on my own property, he laughed, left, and asked me not to do it again.

I could be in prison.

And even after they thought they saw him naked, they didn't just look away going, "oh I should stop looking in peoples windows." No they fucking kept staring at the open windows. I'm sorry school bus stop or not, there is no reason that I've heard thus far for this to go any where, other then perhaps a light telling off for being exposed near the school bus stop. 

So on Wednesday, officers canvassed the neighborhood with fliers, asking anyone who may have been subject to an exposure to come forward.

The ironic thing is that they took a photo of his penis and put it on the fliers.

Anyhow, I have to slightly disagree. In a neighborhood, the actions that occur within your domicile may be perceived as public actions simply due to proximity, and hence one may be subject to decency laws. 

looks like I break the law every single day of my life... hell thats one of the sanctities that comes with paying a mortgage. Your house, your rules.

This is ridiculous and makes me weep for America. I don't get on the America bashing vibe at all, but even this makes me shake my head.

If innocence is returned after his charges are plead, I would be seeking damages against the woman for nuisance. 

You can shoot someone for being on your property, but you cant walk around naked? This is wroooong. 

i don't know the full story, however something like this should go to court, get the facts, and then thrown out. 

it was 5:30 am which is so damn dumb. this kind of stuff happens though. If he were outside naked id understand this charge better. Or if he were wagging it or w.e. He probably was. 

this lady is a butthole, lazy, short sighted neighbor. the way to handle this is not to bring the over eager law crashing down on the guy's head, first thing. she should first admit her own intrusion but talk to the man like a fucking adult.

You should be on the sex offender list, never be allowed to go to a park or bus stop or drive past a school, and barred from living in town completely.
