I was "fortunate" enough to see that happen in real time. She was a reporter for channel 5 news in Atlanta and did all kinds of different things during the morning show. On that day she pretty much busted her ass but she was back on the tube the next day looking none the worse for wear. I don't recall her saying anything about any real injuries. Another internet legend slayed.
